As we approach the holiday season, I'm mindful that this time of year can feel complicated — especially when you're navigating cancer, lymphoedema or supporting someone who is.
Wherever you find yourself this season, I hope it brings moments of
A reminder for the holiday season:

✨ Rest counts.
✨ Slow moments matter.
✨Your body & mind heals in the quiet — not the rush.
✨If you are in the midst of rehab setting boundaries to reduce the pressures of this time of year is essential so
💙 After cancer treatment, your body is healing — and exercise can be hugely beneficial

Research published in The New England Journal of Medicine found that structured exercise after chemotherapy for colon cancer reduced the risk of recurrence
Lymphoedema doesn’t have to take you by surprise.

With the right support, it can be monitored, managed, and prevented from progressing.
