Choose it

This session is the easier version of the 'Progress it' session. There are slower cues and layered options provided. Exercises include roll like a ball and roll ups using the theraband. Specifically not suitable for people who have risk of osteoporosis or mid back fracture.

Positions include lying, sitting, kneeling, long sitting, prone.

Props: Theraband. Towel or foam roller.
