Fun with your foam roller
In this session that is the easier option of 'Challenge with your Foam roller' there will be some simple slow cues to help you with using your foam roller for release and theraband for strengthening.
Positions include lying, sitting, and kneeling. Roll like a ball is given as an option. This session is specifically not suitable for people who have risk of osteoporosis or mid back fracture.
